Sterling Woodard began his career at Wal-Mart in the 1990s when CPG data sharing was in its infancy stages. He trained corporate personnel and manufacturers on using their Retail Link system to acquire data to help identify and resolve business issues.

 

Afterwards, he was a partner at Diversified Retail Solutions; a boutique consulting firm that leveraged the knowledge of retired executives to help others in the Retail and Consumer Product Goods industry. Sterling continued training in data analytics and began honing his skills at solution development ranging from warehouse throughput efficiency to holiday planning tools.

In 2005, Sterling joined Delta Associates, a leader in Category Management and Business Insights training for the Retail and CPG industry. During his tenure at Delta, Sterling continued training and development for many companies most of whom you would be familiar.
